These 6 gin & ginger cocktails are sure to add some sunshine to your next BBQ!

For those that don’t like the bitter quinine bite of tonic, ginger beer makes an amazing alternative mixer for gin!

July’s gin of the month box included a bottle of Bundaberg Ginger Beer - an exquisitely brewed drink packing a fiery punch of fresh ginger. Based in Queensland, Bundaberg’s flavour-packed ginger beer is a household name across Australia, and you only need to try one sip to immediately understand why it’s so wildly popular! It’s bursting with authentic Australian ingredients – lift a glass of the stuff to the light and you’ll see actual ginger floating in the brew.

We love it ice cold from the fridge, mixed with a craft gin with robust botanical flavours or even by itself, but to take your summer BBQ up a notch check out these deliciously summery gin and ginger cocktails!
