This classic pink raspberry, ginger ale and gin cocktail is utterly gorgeous!

The Floradora is one of those classic gin cocktails that slips under the radar next to its blushing cousins the Clover Club and the Pink Lady, but it shouldn’t be slept on!

This ridiculously refreshing prohibition-era cocktail - named after a Broadway show of the same name - delivers a bright and fruity raspberry and lime punch, that’s expertly balanced out by the savoury spiced ginger ale. Perfect for parties, it’s sure to get you dancing like the roaring twenties!

What gin should you use for this remarkable cocktail? For us, it has to be Hawkridge London Dry Victorian Aphrodisiac Blend, our February 2022 Gin of the Month. Its unique and utterly delicious blend of floral, citrus and herb tones work so brilliantly well with the crisp, vibrant ginger ale and the juicy raspberry liqueur. Yum!
