The festive season is the perfect time to pop open a bottle of sparkling wine and enjoy a prosecco and gin cocktail or two (you can find five fabulous gin and prosecco recipes right here), especially when the cocktail is bursting with gin-credible Christmas flavours like this Yuletide Spritz.
Invented by the amazing team at The Orkney Distillery, the distillery behind Kirkjuvagr Yuletide Gin, our December 2021 Gin of the Month, this cocktail combines the citrus, spice and floral notes of Kirkjuvagr Yuletide Gin with delectably sweet-tart cranberry jelly, a hit of orange from a touch of Cointreau and bright, bubbly prosecco.
