Gin Hot Chocolate

(Serves eight)

1l whole milk
200g high-quality dark chocolate, finely chopped
200ml double cream
50g cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp Nutella
240ml gin
Marshmallows, to garnish

Combine all your ingredients except your gin and marshmallows in your slow cooker. Mix well and place on low for two and a half hours. Stir at 50 minute intervals. Once it’s ready, stir well and ladle into eight mugs. Mix 30ml gin into each cup. Garnish with marshmallows and allow them to melt slightly before serving!
