We know it’s only August, but we’re not afraid to admit we’re craving a bit of sloe gin right now! The Sloe taste is a 10/10: slightly nutty, fruity and berry-licious. Which is exactly why we’ve been eyeing up this Sloe Gin Plum Cake baking recipe too! Whilst we’re not going into full-on autumnal mode just yet, this Sloe G&T is ticking all of our ginny boxes. (And if you fancy giving some Gin DIY a go, check out how to make your own sloe gin!)
The intense plummy sweetness combined with the fizzy tonic makes a well-balanced, simple timple that’s really refreshing. We add a lot of ice to ours, because it’s still technically summer after all! If you’re craving something a bit sweeter than your usual G&T, we guarantee you’ll be slipping this sloe-ly. And if you are ready to sloe-it-up, you’re in for a treat with the stunning Sloe Gin Highball.
