Learn how to make the best Sloe Gin Negroni cocktail right here. Mixing sloe gin, dry vermouth and Campari, it is a dreamy sloe gin cocktail recipe that’s perfect for autumn, winter and beyond.
The traditional, classic Negroni recipe is made with equal parts Campari, sweet vermouth (often referred to as red vermouth) and London Dry Gin. For this recipe, we have swapped the London Dry for sloe gin and have swapped the sweet vermouth for dry vermouth.
As sloe gin is actually a gin liqueur, it adds its own sweet, fruity elements. It is for this reason that we have changed the sweet vermouth for the dry vermouth - it allows the cocktail to maintain its iconic balance of bitter and sweet. Delicious!
