If you’re looking for a punch recipe that’s a total crowd-pleaser and perfect for a gathering, this might be the gin punch recipe for you. Angostura Orange Bitters are an often unsung hero and are the best way to add a rich touch of citrus and spice to your gin drinks. A gin bar essential, a dash here, and a dash there can transform your tasty tipples and take them to the next level.

The fruity sweetness of the ripe berries pairs perfectly with the fresh flavours of cucumber within Romeo’s gin. Add in some zingy fresh lemon juice, sprigs of refreshing mint, and simple syrup to sweeten it a tad - and it’s a total winner. It’s a punch above the rest!

Raspberry and Lemon Gin Punch

150ml Romeo’s Gin
15ml Angostura Orange Bitters
8-10 fresh raspberries
Juice of 4 lemons
60ml simple syrup
Soda water, to top up
Fresh raspberries, lemon slices, and mint, to garnish
Ice

Start by adding the gin, bitters, fresh lemon juice, raspberries and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Muddle ingredients together to help release raspberry juice. Then, shake and strain into a jug. Add your ice and top up with soda water. Stir all ingredients together to chill. Finally, garnish with raspberries, lemon slices and mint. Enjoy!
