This stunning hot mulled gin cocktail recipe is an epic winter warmer that will certainly perk up the darker months whilst we’re hiding away inside.
Mixing gin, mango & passion fruit juice (which we sent to members in our December 2020 Gin of the Month box) and a whole host of delectable spices, it’s a hot mulled cocktail like no other.
The whole Craft Gin Club team tried out this amazing cocktail in a recent staff Cocktail Hour (one of our favourite perks of the job!) and we all absolutely loved it, so we know you will too…

Mulled Gin & Juice
200ml CRAFTED Mango & Passion Fruit Juice Drink
½ tsp caraway seeds or 1 star anise
6 cloves
6 allspice berries
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Chilli, to taste (optional)
10g caster sugar
50ml gin
Grated nutmeg, to garnish.
Combine the juice and spices in a saucepan and heat on a low to medium temperature for about ten minutes — you don’t want the juice to boil or you’ll lose too much liquid. Once the juice is hot and spiced, strain the spices out, add the sugar and stir to dissolve. Divide the juice between two mugs, add 25ml of gin to each cup and grate nutmeg over the top. Stir gently and serve.
