Grapefruit Gin Fizz
The addition of bergamot’s unique, tasty citrus flavours really take this simple Grapefruit Gin Fizz cocktail recipe to the next level. Using fresh rosemary as a garnish then adds remarkable herb aromas that work with both the gin and the Upstream Grapefruit & Bergamot.
50ml gin
Squeeze of fresh pink grapefruit juice
Upstream Grapefruit & Bergamot, to top up
Pink grapefruit or rosemary, to garnish
Add the gin and a squeeze of fresh grapefruit juice to a tumbler with ice. Top up with Upstream Grapefruit & Bergamot and garnish with pink grapefruit or rosemary.
Strawberry & Lychee Highball
Strawberry and lychee are a match made in heaven. The juicy, refreshing, perfumed sweetness of lychee is the perfect complement to the plump strawberries and in this cocktail, both sing out wonderfully. Those traditional juniper notes of the gin then take this combination of flavours to new heights.
50ml gin
3 fresh strawberries
Upstream Strawberry & Lychee, to top up
Fresh mint and rosemary, to garnish
Add gin and two sliced strawberries to a highball glass with ice. Top up with Upstream Strawberry & Lychee and garnish with the remaining strawberry and fresh herbs.
