Theodore Pictish Gin
43% ABV
Meet the first-ever spirit released by Greenwood Distillers, who have created a bold new gin to capture the wilderness of the Scottish Highlands.
Botanicals
Honey, Coriander, Citric Pomelo, Bourbon Vetiver, Damask Rose, Juniper, Pink Pepper, Angelica, Chamomile, Kaffir Lime, Ginger, Orris, Pine, Lavender, Cardamom, Oolong Tea
Tasting Notes
The top notes of this fragrant liquid blend sweet citrus with crisp pine, evoking the scent of fresh grass. These flavours usher in the floral yet woody heart of the gin, with notes of damask rose, oolong tea and chamomile harmonising with juniper. To finish, the base note of bourbon vetiver marries smoky, woody aromas with a hint of vanilla. The combination lasts long on the palate, with delicate rose notes returning in waves.
