The incredible team at Sibling Distillery in Cheltenham have created a brand-new craft gin called Sibling French 75 Dry Gin that is exclusively available to Craft Gin Club members and we are SO excited for you to give it a try!

Craft Gin Clubbers and gin fans alike will already be familiar with the wonderful range of gins from Sibling Distillery.

Not only was their now-iconic Sibling Gin one of Craft Gin Club’s Gins of the Month way back in December 2015, but we have also been able to make stunning editions like Sibling Negroni Gin and Sibling Cranberry & Clementine Gin Winter Edition available to craft gin aficionados across the UK through our online shop.

And, what’s more, the Sibling team even attended Craft Gin Club’s Flavoured G&T Tasting Event in October 2021 to give Clubbers exclusive insight into their distillery and the story behind their gins - we had so much fun!

It has been fantastic to see their distillery grow and develop over those years.

“When we were a Gin of the Month, we were doing all of our distilling out of the tiny ‘sales office’ of our parents’ microbrewery. We’re now in a converted barn, and we were able to buy our parents’ shares in the brewery and take it with us. We’ve gone full circle!

But even as we’ve grown, we’ve never stopped doing everything from scratch. It would be easy to take shortcuts, but we’ve stayed true to our principles – our gins now are exactly how they were back in 2015, when we were a Gin of the Month. We’re still stirring in the cane sugar for our base alcohol with a canoe paddle, and everything that goes out is overseen by my sister and me.”

What does Sibling French 75 Dry Gin taste like?

With its bright and refreshing, citrus-forward flavour profile, Sibling French 75 Dry Gin really captures the essence of the French 75 cocktail.

On the nose, there are vibrant touches of lemon and that quintessential hum of juniper.

The palate is full of body, with a gorgeous medley of citrus and floral tones all elevated by a richness that comes from champagne-blend grapes from the Dryhill Vinyard in Cheltenham and a subtle sweetness from touches of vanilla.

The finish is long and elegant and wonderfully light, with sweeter citrus notes that are delightfully moreish.

How do you serve Sibling French 75 Dry Gin?

This beautiful craft gin is best served simply with premium tonic or light water and a slice of lemon to really complement those lemon flavours in the gin. Here is our perfect serve suggestion:

The perfect Sibling French 75 Dry Gin and tonic recipe:

50ml Sibling French 75 Dry Gin
200ml classic tonic or light tonic water
Slice of fresh lemon, to garnish

Fill a glass with ice and add your gin. Top up with tonic, stir gently and garnish. Salut!
