Hoorah - we are officially in peach season (July - September) in the UK! Two of the best elements of summer? Ice-cold zingy lemonade and fresh, juicy peaches. Add balmy weather into the equation and you’ve got a pretty good summer set-up!
We love the fruity, fragrant flesh of peach and how it complements both savoury and sweet components - making peaches and gin a dream combination. Peach and Raspberry Gin Mimosa? Yes Please. Pink gin, peach & prosecco punch? Go on then!
Plus, after the wild popularity of July's Cocktail of the Month - Peach Gin Iced Tea (check out this beauty here), we thought it was only fair we created this pink gin with peach lemonade recipe.
This easy summer gin pitcher really does make you wonder what on earth you’ve been drinking all these years, doesn’t it?! Get ready to be refreshed… you might just have discovered your new favourite summer sip. Thank us later!
