“Finally, my July box arrived from the @craftginclub and it did not disappoint. I decided to rustle up the cocktail of the month, ‘Highland Fling’, made with Pictish Gin (I found this very light and fruity - just how I like my gin!), Spritz Syrup (I didn’t even know this was a thing but I am obsessed!), light indian tonic water from Fever Tree (because I don’t like soda water) and garnished with a slice of freeze dried grapefruit and a sprinkling of rose petals. Dreamy 😍 ”
