Unlike a traditional Aperol Spritz, which gets its bubbles from a mix of prosecco and soda water, this one has bubbles provided by an utterly divine mixer: Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon.
This mixer is a fantastic way to get the party started with a scrumptious mix of refreshing and fragrant watermelon and cucumber flavours, both expertly balanced. It provides a wonderful contrast to the bitter citrus tones of the Aperol.
The gin in this recipe then adds a rich, complex backdrop to the sipping experience that is utterly delicious, while the cranberry juice adds a brilliant tartness that really brings the cocktail to life.

Cucumber & Watermelon Aperol Spritz
40ml gin
10ml Aperol
50ml cranberry juice
10 lime juice
5ml Simple Syrup
60ml Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon
Add the gin, Aperol, cranberry juice, lime juice and Simple Syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake with cubed ice. Fine strain into a glass and fill with cubed ice. Top with Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon. Garnish, serve and enjoy!

Grapefruit & White Wine Gin Fizz
50ml gin
60ml white wine (ideally Sauvignon blanc)
60ml Double Dutch Pink Grapefruit Soda
Rosemary and grapefruit, to garnish

6-8 Mint leaves
50ml gin
50ml apple juice
15ml lime juice
10ml Simple Syrup
100ml Double Dutch Cranberry & Ginger
Mint sprigs and lemon slices, to garnish
