This winter gin and tonic recipe from the experts at Craft Gin Club has to be the perfect way to serve Cascave Gin.
Mixing Craft Gin Club’s January 2024 Gin of the Month, Cascave Stormy Gin, with Double Dutch Cranberry & Ginger Tonic and garnished with lemon slices and juniper, it is not to be missed. Here’s the recipe…
This special craft gin and tonic works so well because it is made with incredible ingredients, from the remarkable gin at its heart to the sumptuous mixer and crowning garnishes.
Cascave Stormy Gin had a mouthwatering medley of rich, earthy juniper tones, warm, zesty pink peppercorn and bright, citrusy lemon and orange flavours.
Altogether, that mix of light and dark notes forms a delicious expression of wild storms that rage over the Brecon Beacons in Wales, where Cascave Stormy Gin is made.
The wonderfully balanced combination of sweet-tart cranberry and zesty ginger notes in the Double Dutch tonic helps to set off the palate of the gin without overpowering the spirit. And the delicate
bubbles provide a delectably effervescent texture that is simply sublime.
The garnishes then finish off each sip with fragrances of elegant lemon citrus and complex juniper that help to elevate the whole experience.
