This decadent Mini Egg Martini is the perfect grown-up way to enjoy Easter!

One of our favourite things about Easter each year has to be mini eggs! Powdery, sweet and just a little bit crunchy - they are borderline irresistible!

Fans of a sweet gin cocktail or dessert cocktail will be head over heels for this delicious gin cocktail recipe (be sure to check out this Nutella Martini too if that’s you!). Boozy, creamy and chocolatey - we are in love with this spectacular ginny creation!

It’s incredibly easy to whip up and contains all of our favourite things: gin, Baileys, and mini eggs! And a special mention goes to the créme de cacao for its fabulously rich and deep cocoa tones. We’re hailing it the ultimate indulgent Easter cocktail. And when this spring-inspired cocktail recipe tastes so good, who needs Easter eggs?

Mini Egg Martini

50ml gin
25ml Baileys
25ml crème de cacao
10ml simple syrup
Cadbury mini eggs, to garnish

Combine your gin, Baileys and crème de cacao in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Add your simple syrup to one saucer and crush your Cadbury mini eggs and add them to another. Dip the rim of a coupe or martini glass into the saucer of simple syrup, then repeat this with the crushed mini eggs to form a chocolatey rim around the rim of the glass. Strain your cocktail into the glass and serve.
