What makes Rock Rose Gin Citrus Coastal Edition gin special? At their distillery, far in the north of Scotland, Claire and Martin have been working for years to represent the flavours and scents of the Highlands. Made to echo the windswept stretch of sand where the Scottish Highlands meet the Atlantic Ocean, it’s one remarkable tipple!
The spirit captures the incredible experience of standing with the sand in your toes and the wind in your hair, at the edge of the world: on Dunnet Bay’s golden beaches. They have achieved amazing coastal flavours by using the bountiful larder that surrounds them, like kelp (shore seaweed), and Liquorice salt. Encased in a ceramic bottle for their hand-hewn feel, Claire and Martin are happy to refill them for gin lovers who hate waste as much as they do!

What makes the Australian Dry Gin special? Driving through the hills of Tasmania in 2015, David and Vanessa first discussed the possibility of one day owning their own distillery. After tonnes of research, the pair committed to their plan and sought hands-on training from a leading distillery in Tasmania.
Fast forward 18 months and dreams do come true, with Manly Spirits Co. Distillery launching in April 2017. Inspired by coastal living and sunrise swims in crystal-clear waters, Manly Spirits Co. is based near Manly Beach, Australia (seven miles from Sydney), with its ambition to capture nature in every single bottle!

Cambridge Dry Gin, Rosemary & Lemon Verbena Edition
Bright, herbaceous, beautifully rounded, this refreshing gin had to be included in this edition. It captures the quintessential taste of the English seasons and was our gin of the month back in November 2019.
What does the Cambridge Dry Gin, Rosemary & Lemon Verbena Edition taste like? The nose is bright and herbaceous and the well-rounded palate is juniper-led. The finish is long and refreshing.
What are the key botanicals in Cambridge Dry Gin, Rosemary & Lemon Verbena Edition? Juniper, rosemary, fresh basil, lemon verbena, angelica, rose petals and blackcurrant leaf.
What makes the Cambridge Dry Gin, Rosemary & Lemon Verbena Edition special? Couple William and Lucy were inspired to create this vibrant gin while out walking with their dog Darcy in the countryside. When they joined the industry, they felt that many gins had a recipe that was very similar to all of the others.
They wanted to create something different, that involved local, delicately flavoured botanicals. As it’s tricky to grow lemons and limes in Cambridge (cheers - British weather!), they found their citrus notes in the herb garden instead, by using lemon verbena.
Luckily, their garden was overflowing with the stuff, as well as basil and blossoms - so they made a gin to reflect the beauty and ambition of Cambridge. The end result? A beautifully refreshing expression of the English seasons.
What’s the perfect G&T with Cambridge Dry Gin, Rosemary & Lemon Verbena Edition? Keep it simple with a premium Indian tonic and garnish with lots of fresh mint.
What’s the best cocktail serve with Cambridge Dry Gin, Rosemary & Lemon Verbena Edition? A Cucumber and Mint Martini - a crisp, reviving cocktail that is divine on a summer evening!

What makes the Singapore Dry Gin special? The melting pot of cultures and world-class food and drink scene of Singapore inspired Jamie to make her mark on the gin industry! Her talent for flavours and passion for spirits led to the creation of this incredible Dry Gin.
After travelling, Jamie realised she found local cuisines the best way to explore each country she visited. When it came to alcohol, every country had something unique. As a Singaporean, that got her thinking: why didn’t they have a craft spirit to call their own?
She then embarked on a six-year-long odyssey into the world of gin – a journey that would take her around the world on a quest to learn the art and science of distillation. The more she learned, the more she became convinced that gin was the right spirit to capture the essence of Singapore. And that’s where Brass Lion Singapore Dry Gin comes in.
What’s the perfect G&T with Singapore Dry Gin? Serve with Twisted Premium Tonic Water Thai Lime & Lemongrass and garnish with pink peppercorns and pineapple pieces.
What’s the best cocktail serve with Singapore Dry Gin? A Singapore Fling. A simpler version of the Singapore Sling, it has all the key flavours of the classic cocktail!
