As always, also we have sent our members the exact garnish in their Gin of the Month box to complete this breathtaking G&T: dried lemon wheels and cinnamon sticks.

Altitude Perfect G&T

50ml Altitude Gin
180ml Tassoni Tonica Superfine
Cinnamon sticks and dried lemon wheels, to garnish

Fill a copa glass with ice. Pour over your gin and top up with the tonic. Garnish and serve, as chilled as the snowy peaks of Chamonix!
