This gin-credible twist on a Mint Julep swaps the bourbon for gin and adds a stunning mint green tea from Vahdam Indian Teas.
Usually a summer drink, the Mint Julep traditionally mixes bourbon with sugar syrup, fresh mint and lots of crushed ice. By getting rid of the ice and using hot mint tea from VAHDAM® India, whose fragrant tea leaves come directly from Indian tea farmers, we have turned this delicious tipple into the perfect treat for the colder months.
The touch of apple juice adds a sumptuous winter fruitiness that works so well with the tea and the gin. And the heavenly drop of maple syrup rounds everything out wonderfully, adding its uniquely aromatic and sweet tones to the mix.
We can’t wait for you to give this one a go…
