  1. English Garden

50ml gin
20ml Elderflower Syrup
10ml lime juice
75ml apple juice

Add your liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass packed with ice. Garnish and serve!


2. Pink Gin and Prosecco Raspberry Fizz

Pink Gin and Prosecco Fizz

50ml pink gin
100ml prosecco
10ml simple syrup to taste (depending on how sweet your gin is!)
1 punnet raspberries to muddle and garnish
Fresh mint, to muddle and garnish

 Begin by adding some raspberries and 4 mint leaves to a shaker and muddle. Then add in your pink gin, syrup, and ice and give it a good shake. Next, pour in your prosecco. Fill your glass with ice and garnish with remaining mint and raspberries.


3. Earl Grey Martini

50ml gin
1 Earl Grey teabag
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
25ml simple syrup
1 egg white (optional)

Infuse the tea bag in the gin for 10 minutes at room temperature. Combine the tea-infused gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (without any ice) to emulsify the egg. Add very cold ice and shake again until cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.


4. Sgroppino

15ml gin
15ml limoncello
1 scoop lemon sorbet
Prosecco, chilled, to top up
Lemon zest, a slice of lime and a sprig of mint, to garnish

Add the gin and limoncello to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until combined and chilled, then strain into a cocktail coupe or flute. Add a scoop of lemon sorbet and top with chilled Prosecco. Garnish and enjoy!


5. Clover Club

50ml gin
25ml dry vermouth
1 egg white
15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml raspberry syrup

Add all the cocktail ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with three speared raspberries.


6. Whipped Lemonade

120ml gin
130ml condensed milk
200ml coconut milk
100ml lemon juice
Whipped cream and orange slice, to garnish

Add ice to a blender, along with all your ingredients, except your garnish. Blend and divide the mixture between four coupe glasses. Top with whipped cream and an orange slice.
