We all know cranberry juice and gin are a match made in heaven - this isn’t our first cranberry and gin cocktail recipe - but we’re taking things to the next level by adding amaretto into the mix too!

Let’s start with the gin, for us it has to be Distillerie 3 Lacs Lemon Sunflower Gin, Craft Gin Club’s June 2023 Gin of the Month. It has a unique and completely delicious mix of bright citrus tones and rich sunflower seed aromas that work so well with the bitter-sweet, tart fragrance of cranberry juice.

The amaretto, which is an almond-flavoured liqueur, then rounds out all of those vibrant flavours wonderfully, while adding its own sweet, fragrant nut notes that we know and love.

A slice of fresh lemon, to garnish, then lifts every sip to make this a fantastic summer cocktail recipe that’s great for enjoying out in the garden, at picnics in the park or simply sipping at home.

What’s more, this gin and cranberry cocktail is oh-so-easy to make. All that you have to do is add everything to a glass with ice and serve. Et voila!

Cranberry & Amaretto Gin Highball

40ml Distillerie 3 Lacs Lemon Sunflower Gin
15ml amaretto
Cranberry juice, to top up
Lemon slice, to garnish

Add your gin and amaretto to a highball glass with ice. Top up with cranberry juice and stir. Garnish and serve.
