This fabulously fresh spring gin and tonic recipe is creative, unique and full of fantastic flavours that are sure to impress any gin fan.
Created by Craft Gin Club’s Master Mixologist, Dan Tripp, it pairs NDC Heritage Gin (Craft Gin Club’s April 2023 Gin of the Month!) with Hartridges Indian Tonic Water and a wonderful garnish pairing in the form of sunny orange slices and warm allspice - all of which can be found in Craft Gin Club’s April 2023 Gin of the Month box.
Distilled by The National Distillery Company in Napier, New Zealand, NDC Heritage Gin is made with local coriander and Meyer lemon, giving it an incredible pop of citrus that’s vibrant, zesty and rich, in all of the right places.
It works brilliantly well with the masterfully balanced and delectably bubbly profile of Hartridges Indian Tonic Water.
The carefully selected orange and allspice garnishes then add sunny orange tones and a warming spice that takes this serving suggestion to new levels of complexity and deliciousness.
