This stunning kiwi and raspberry cocktail recipe is Craft Gin Club's Cocktail of the Month!

You have got to try Craft Gin Club’s Kiwi Cooler cocktail recipe today! This unique and wonderfully creative gin cocktail recipe mixes the flavours of kiwi and raspberry to a bubbly, refreshing and oh-so-delicious effect. Yum!

Originally created by Craft Gin Club’s Master Mixologist, Dan Tripp, using items from Craft Gin Club’s fabulous April 2023 Gin of the Month box, it’s a fantastic cocktail that can be whipped up in three easy steps.

First, you add NDC Heritage Gin, Craft Gin Club’s April 2023 Gin of the Month, and our bespoke Kiwi Cooler Cocktail Syrup to a rocks glass. Together they form a sumptuous base of rich juniper, zesty citrus and mouthwatering kiwi flavours.

Then you add ice and top up with Marlish Sparkling Raspberry Spring Water, which is not only incredibly refreshing but it also adds delectably fragrant raspberry tones that work so well with the gin and cocktail syrup.

The garnish of slices of fresh kiwi then reinforces those vibrant kiwi tones marvellously. Give it a go…

50ml NDC Heritage Gin
25ml Kiwi Cooler Cocktail Syrup
100ml Marlish Sparkling Raspberry Spring Water
Kiwi slice, to garnish

Fill a rocks glass with ice and add your gin and syrup. Top up with Marlish Raspberry Soda Water and stir gently to combine. Garnish and serve. Cheers!
