We’ve given the classic Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino a boozy make over with this stunning frozen coffee cocktail recipe!
There are two not-so-secret ingredients that make this iced coffee so special.
The first is gin, of course (what else with Craft Gin Club?), and the second is the Here & Now Nitro Colombian Black Iced Coffee that we sent to Craft Gin Clubbers in their May 2022 Gin of the Month box.
The gin adds its unique, complex, juniper-rich aromas to the frappucino, while the Here & Now cold brew coffee takes the whole experience to the next level.

Boozy Caramel Frappuccino
50ml gin
1 tsp caramel sauce
100ml Here & Now Nitro Colombian Black Coffee
75ml milk, to top
200g ice
Whipped cream, caramel sauce and chocolate pieces, to garnish
Add the gin, teaspoon of caramel sauce, coffee, milk and ice to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your glass, garnish and serve. Enjoy!
