Autumn Gin Sangria
750ml white wine
250ml gin
500ml apple juice
500ml soda water
50ml vanilla syrup
4 cinnamon sticks
3 pears (to garnish)
3 apples (to garnish)
Combine the white wine, gin, apple juice, vanilla syrup, and soda water together in a large jug. Dice up fresh pears and apples and add them to the jug, giving it a good stir. Finish by adding a cinnamon stick or two to your glass. Et voila|!
