When the temperature drops, we crave warmer, spiced ginny tipples. And if you do too, check out these autumn cocktail recipes. As the nights draw in and we’re wanting to hunker down, we’ve concocted the perfect autumnal apple ginarita that’ll fit nicely with your cosy-night-in plans.
If you love our Ginarita recipe (from our book Gin O’Clock: A Year of Ginspiration) - you can find the recipe here, then you need to try this seasonal apple twist too! The flavours in this complement each other perfectly. The combination of the juniper from the gin and fruity orange liqueur makes for a tart and refreshing finish. If you want the perfect balance of sweet and bitter, simply add a touch of cloudy apple cider. If you want something less alcoholic and to up the sweetness a little, try cloudy apple juice instead.
It definitely packs an autumnal punch! And look how gorgeous they look…
