The Salty Dog cocktail is a gin classic made with grapefruit and gin - it differs from the similar Greyhound cocktail with the addition of a salted rim. This salty, sweet and oh, so pretty tipple certainly gets our tails wagging! 

Salty Dog

45ml gin
85ml pink grapefruit juice
salt for the rim of the glass

Add the gin and juice to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Rim a coupe glass with salt, then add ice to the glass. Pour contents of shaker into salt rimmed glass - enjoy!
