The Blood Moon

Ingredients:
50ml gin
20ml simple syrup
Blood orange juice, to top up
Blood orange slice and sprig of mint, to garnish

Method:
Shake your gin & simple syrup with ice. Strain into a rocks glass and top up with blood orange juice. Garnish and serve.
