How to Rim a Cocktail Glass

Ingredients

Cocktail glass
Two saucers
35ml water
30g sugar or salt

Method

Place your liquid of your choice in one of the saucers, and spread your dry powder across the second saucer. Grasp the stem of the glass and tip the lip of the glass into the liquid until the entire circumference of the rim is moistened. Repeat this process with your powder, ensuring it sticks evenly around the edges of the glass. Leave for 5 minutes to allow your glass’ rim to dry. And voilà!
