Inspired by the beautiful province of Darjeeling in the northeast of India, and its famous tea, this amazing cocktail is perfect for creating with another of India’s great exports, Stranger & Sons Gin, our remarkable September 2020 Gin of the Month.
This fabulously fizzy cocktail marries our favourite tipple with the bitter, herby, fruity delights of Campari and the rich, fragrant flavours of Darjeeling tea. Toped up with Prosecco, it’s utterly divine. You have to give this cocktail recipe ago, asap!
