Our Vanilla French 75 recipe will make any gin fan drool!

Said to have been invented by bartender Harry MacElhone at the New York Bar in Paris in 1915, the classic French 75 cocktail recipe is already pretty special. That beautiful mix of sparkling white wine, usually champagne or prosecco, gin and lemon juice is simply divine.

Our Master Mixologist, Maria Vieira, has taken that stunning mix to the next level by adding a touch of luxuriously mellow vanilla in the form of Craft Gin Club Vanilla Syrup. It’s a drool-worthy addition that transforms the cocktail, giving it a delectably sweet, fragrant edge that can only be found with that gorgeous syrup.
