This Orange Collins cocktail recipe, developed by our wonderful Master Mixologist, Maria Vieira, is the perfect example of the amazing ways in which a Collins can be tailored to your tastes and taken to new levels of deliciousness.
Here, Maria has combined the classic Tom Collins ingredients of gin, lemon juice, soda water and simple syrup with a touch of delectably bitter Campari, a squeeze of vibrant fresh orange juice and fresh orange slices to make a stunning, sunny tipple to enjoy on spring and summer evenings.

Orange Collins
This cocktail finds that perfect balance between bitter and sweet, juicy and dry, mellow and bright which never fails to get our mouths watering. It’s perfect for enjoying on a warm, sun-kissed evening when the pre-twilight sky matches the tipple’s gorgeous orange glow.
Ingredients
30ml gin - Three Wrens Blood Orange & Apricot Gin is great for this recipe!
15ml Campari
25ml fresh orange juice
10ml Craft Gin Club Simple Syrup
10ml lemon juice
50ml soda water, to top up
Orange slice, to garnish
Method
Add your first five ingredients to a cocktail shaker along with ice and shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top with soda water. Garnish and enjoy.
