Here at Craft Gin Club, we think that this cocktail is the perfect tropical twist on a ginny tipple. Packed full of zingy citrus, sweet pineapple, a dash of bitters and a hearty helping of gin, this will transport you to sun, sea and sand. The Honolulu
50ml gin
50ml pineapple juice
50ml orange juice
10ml lemon juice
10ml simple syrup
Dash of Angostura bitters
Slice of lemon, to garnish
Add all your ingredients save your garnish to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard for 30 seconds. Strain into a tall glass packed with ice. Garnish and serve.
