We all love to sip on a beautiful blushing French rosé once the sun comes out, but did you know it also makes a wonderful spring cocktail when combined with gin? Try our simple Rosé Gimlet cocktail recipe and transport yourself to the South of France from your own back garden this summer!
Rosé Gimlet
25ml gin
75ml rosé wine
15ml lime juice
10ml Craft Gin Club Simple Syrup
1 drop rose water (optional)
Lime twist, to garnish
Add all of your ingredients except your garnish to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass, garnish and serve.
If you like that, try this!
Alternatively, for an even easier tipple (and a slightly sweeter one), try this three-ingredient take on a Rosy Gimlet. The key is to use a sweet, pink wine (rather than the delicate dry rose you’ll need for the recipe above) to balance the strength of flavour of the gin.
