Music legend Sophie Ellis-Bextor has collaborated with Pink Marmalade to make an exquisite colour-changing gin in a special-edition bottle. It’s a gorgeous blend of citrusy, peppery notes and butterfly pea flower, which means the liquid turns from purple to pink when you add ice or mixers. It was selected by a panel of Craft Gin Club experts to be our July Discovery Gin.

It also works wonderfully in cocktails, including this one which Sophie concocted herself. Named after her hit song Murder on the Dancefloor, it’s sweet, tart and terribly tasty!
