So what are you waiting for? Give them a go…
Monstrous Mojito
This mysterious mojito recipe is brimming with incredible mint flavours despite the fact that there is no fresh mint to be found.
The secret elixir behind this otherworldly marvel? Pennington’s Kendal Mint Cake Gin Liqueur! Inspired by the famous Kendal Mint Cake, it’s full of mouthwatering mint flavours. It works so well with the rich London dry gin and zesty lime juice in this completely unique and utterly delicious Halloween Mojito recipe.
45ml London dry gin
25ml Pennington’s Kendal Mint Cake Gin Liqueur
25ml lime juice
10ml Simple Syrup
Soda water, to top
Lime Wedge, to garnish
Add all of the ingredients to a highball glass with ice and give a quick stir to combine. Enjoy!
Zom-bee Sour
This luscious honeycomb and orange Halloween cocktail recipe is un-bee-lievably good!
With that added lemon juice, it has a scrumptious sourness that balances the sweet Penningtons Cinder Honeycomb Gin Liqueur out wonderfully. The egg white is optional, but if you do add it, it will give your cocktail a luscious foam top.
50ml Penningtons Cinder Honeycomb Gin Liqueur
20ml lemon juice
25ml orange juice
1 egg white, optional
Orange peel twist or a sprig of mint, to garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake a first time for a few seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously a second time. Strain into a coupe glass, garnish and serve.
Vampire G&T
This is a suspiciously simple Halloween cocktail recipe that mixes Pennington’s Bakewell Gin Liqueur, which is full of raspberry and almond tones, with herbaceous, spicy dry vermouth. The result is a gin and tonic that’s simply divine and deep red in colour - it will certainly attract the appetites of any vampires in the area!
30ml Pennington’s Bakewell Gin Liqueur
30ml dry vermouth
Tonic water, to top
Orange slice or a sprig of thyme, to garnish
Add all of the ingredients to a glass filled with ice and give a quick stir to combine. Garnish, serve and enjoy!
The Witch’s Cauldron
Black as a witch’s cauldron, this devilishly delightful Halloween cocktail recipe combines the vibrant wonders of Pennington’s Gingerbread Gin Liqueur with aromatic coffee liqueur. The London dry gin then adds a rich juniper base that is warm and moreish. This is one witch’s cauldron you do want to dive into!
40ml gin
15ml Pennington’s Gingerbread Gin Liqueur
20ml coffee liqueur
Maraschino Cherry, garnish
Add all the ingredients to a glass and stir to combine. Garnish, serve and enjoy!
Trick or Treat Martini
The colour of this inviting cocktail may lead you to believe that it’s super sweet but don’t let that fool you!
This marvellous concoction is actually a wonderfully balanced mix of sweet-tart Pennington’s Rhubarb Gin Liqueur, herbaceous, bittersweet Campari and citrusy Cointreau - making it both trick AND treat! It’s a must-try Halloween cocktail for any gin fan.
45ml Pennington’s Rhubarb Gin Liqueur
10ml Campari
10ml Cointreau
25ml lemon juice
A splash of soda water
Lemon twist, to garnish (optional)
