This gorgeous gin and Blue Curaçao cocktail recipe has hints of cherry from Maraschino liqueur and a hit of pineapple juice that will transport you to the tropics. It tastes as utterly divine as it looks!
The key to this vibrant cocktail is the gin and, for us, it can only be one: Gin YVY Mar from YVY Distilaria in Brazil, Craft Gin Club’s January 2023 Gin of the Month. Made with botanicals unique to Brazil, it has a one-of-a-kind palate that’s brimming with citrus and spice tones that are simply divine.
Not only do those tones work so well with the orange perfume of the blue curaçao but they also complement the rich, sweet cherry notes of the Maraschino liqueur.
The pineapple juice then adds a refreshing hit of fruit that rounds everything out wonderfully.

What’s Blue Curaçao made of?
