Elderflower Posh Pop Gin Spritz
Lightly sparkling and oh-so-delicious, Breckland Orchard’s award-winning Elderflower Posh Pop is a bright and floral delight that’s so incredibly well suited to the fresh, clean juniper notes of a good London dry gin. The fresh lemon juice then lifts this simple 3-ingredient cocktail recipe to new heights, making it perfect for summer parties!
Ingredients
50ml gin
25ml lemon juice
Breckland Orchard Elderflower Posh Pop, to top
Mint, to garnish
Elderflower, to garnish (if available)
Method
Add ice to a shaker or mixing glass with your gin and lemon juice and stir until well mixed. Strain into a glass full of ice and top up with Breckland Orchard Elderflower Pop Posh. Garnish and serve.
