With its mix of Micil Spiced Orange Irish Gin and Bibite Polara Green Mandarin, which gives the cocktail its spooktacular bright green colour, it’s a perfect cocktail recipe to enjoy on Halloween or its Irish precursor: Samhain.
Created by Craft Gin Club’s Master Mixologist Maria, using ingredients from Craft Gin Club’s October 2021 Gin of the Month box, this refreshing tipple perfectly balances vibrant citrus and fragrant spice notes. Delicious!
Craft Gin Club’s The Banshee
Featuring Micil Spiced Orange Irish Gin and Bibite Polara Green Mandarin
45ml Micil Spiced Orange Irish Gin
25ml The Banshee Cocktail Syrup
10ml lemon juice
100ml Bibite Polara Green Mandarin
Orange peel twist, to garnish
Add the first three ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and give a quick stir to chill. Strain into a coupe glass, top with the Bibite Polara Green Mandarin and then garnish.
