Micil Spiced Orange Irish Gin

Allow us to introduce you to Micil Distillery, the first legal distillery to be found in Galway, Ireland, since 1911. Founded by Pádraic Ó Graillais, a sixth-generation distiller, whose family has been creating spirits in Connemara for over 170 years, it’s a distillery with family and tradition at its heart.
Micil Spiced Orange Irish Gin is a special edition craft gin that has been distilled exclusively for Craft Gin Club members. Juniper-forward and brimming with the scents and flavours of Connemara, expect floral notes of hand-picked Galway blooms on the nose and palate, followed by vibrant bursts of zesty orange. A sweet, spiced and silky-smooth finish lingers long into the elegant finish.

Pipers Pitta Chips
Biggleswade Sweet Chilli & Sour Cream or Cawdor Garlic & Herbs
Created by three farmers, all dedicated to creating incredible snacks with authentic providence and incredible flavours, Pipers have been making remarkable crisps since 2004. They have now turned their hand to pitta chips and we could not be more excited! Crunchy and delectably moreish, every flavour of their pitta chips are utterly divine.
Craft Gin Club members will receive one of two possible flavours of Pipers Pitta Chips in this month’s box: Cawdor Garlic & Herbs or Biggleswade Sweet Chilli & Sour Cream. They are made with garlic oil from a family-run garlic farm in Cawdor Hills, Scotland, and spices and jalapeno peppers grown by the Genovese family in Bedfordshire. Long-time Craft Gin Club members will remember the incredible flavours of Bibite Polara Tonica and Bibite Polara Spuma from our May 2020 Gin of the Month box. Polara has been making incredible mixers and drinks on the gorgeous isle of Sicily for 60 years, and each one of their tasty soft drinks is kissed by that beautiful Mediterranean sunshine.

Craft Gin Club’s The Banshee brings together Micil Spiced Orange Irish Gin with Bibite Polora Green Mandarin and our The Banshee cocktail syrup.
The aromatic spice and orange citrus tones of the gin are the perfect matches for the complex green mandarin flavours of the mixer from Polara. The sweet and fragrant syrup then adds a mouthwatering base that complements the tipple wonderfully.
