What makes this gin and tonic so special? Well, that is easy. It’s the star of the show: Forged Winter Gin!

This beautiful craft gin comes to Craft Gin Clubbers from Wakefield in Yorkshire and it is brimming with rich juniper and warm spice tones that a peppery and zesty.

Those heartier flavours are then complemented by bright bursts of citrus that really set this remarkable gin off.

Forged gin

Lixir Tonic Light is then perfectly matched with Forged Winter Gin. Its crisp and clean palate really allows those complex flavours in the gin to take centre stage.

What’s more, Lixir Tonic Light has less quinine than your average tonic, so those bitter quinine flavours usually associated with tonic are much more subtle here.

The garnish duo we recommend for this Forged gin and tonic recipe, is orange slices and cardamom pods, then add juicy orange citrus tones and elegant spice notes to the serve to elevate each sip.

The result is a gin and tonic experience that is incredibly balanced and utterly delicious.
