You need to try this Gin, Aperol and Corona Tropical Guava & Lime cocktail recipe - it's the perfect summer tipple!

Here at Craft Gin Club HQ, we are in love with these three fabulously tropical cocktail recipes - not least because they are so easy to make at home!

Perfect for summer parties, picnics or just enjoying at home on warm evenings, each one of these summer cocktail recipes mixes a different flavour of Corona Tropical with gin, including Corona Tropical Grapefruit & Lemongrass, which lucky Craft Gin Club members can find in their August 2022 Gin of the Month box.

If you haven’t tried any of the Corona Tropical range yet, this is a great way to experience them! Each of these bubbly is bursting with authentic tropical fruit flavours that are utterly divine. And, what’s more, they are perfect for taking on the go, whether to mix in the cocktails below or enjoy on their own.

Grapefruit & Lemongrass Paloma

This is a gin-based version of a classic Mexican Paloma cocktail, which is traditionally made with tequila. Tart and citrusy, with a delectable touch of salt, it’s a wonderfully refreshing summer serve.

35ml gin
50ml grapefruit juice
10ml lime juice
1 tsp honey or agave nectar
1 pinch of salt
Corona Tropical Grapefruit & Lemongrass, to top
Grapefruit slice and spring of rosemary, to garnish

Shake the gin, grapefruit juice, lime, honey and salt with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with Corona Tropical Grapefruit & Lemongrass. Garnish, serve and enjoy!

Raspberry, Lemon & Rhubarb Cup

Fruity berries and rhubarb combine in this oh-so-quaffable cocktail recipe that’s super easy and great for sharing with your gin pals this summer.

Gin, raspberry and lemon cocktail recipe

35ml gin
20ml Rhubarb Syrup
10ml lemon juice
Corona Tropical Raspberry & Lemon
Lemon, raspberries, a ribbon of cucumber and a slice of lime, to garnish

Add all of the ingredients to a glass with ice and give a quick stir to combine. Enjoy!

Guava & Lime Aperol Spritz

A fabulously fruity cocktail, with tropical guava notes, zesty Aperol and some fresh lime and sugar for extra body, this is a truly special tipple. The mint gives some cooling herbal effects, making this a delicious aperitif style of cocktail.

Aperol and gin cocktail recipe

15ml gin
15ml Aperol
15ml lime juice
10ml Simple Syrup
5 mint leaves
Corona Tropical Guava & Lime, to top
Mint sprig, to garnish

Shake the gin, Aperol, lime juice, syrup and mint with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with the Corona Tropical Guava & Lime. Garnish, serve and enjoy!
