Napue Celery Gimlet
Ingredients:
40ml Napue Gin
40ml celery juice
20ml lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
Three drops of white wine vinegar
Method:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a pea shoot.
