30ml triple sec (like Cointreau)
30ml blood orange juice
30ml fresh lime juice
Salt, fresh blood orange and thyme, to garnish
Firstly, rim your glass with salt by rubbing fresh lime juice around the rim and dipping in a shallow plate of salt.
Add all of your ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add your ice and shake. Next, strain into your chosen glass and garnish with a slice of fresh blood orange and thyme. Add ice if needed!
