The moreish Nims pear crisps in this month’s Gin of the Month box has inspired us to shake up this beautiful pear twist on a classic martini! With just three ingredients, you can easily make this at home and wow your guest with an intricate “pear fan”!

Pear Martini

Ingredients:

50ml Gin
25ml Elderflower cordial
Juice 1 x lemon

Method:

Add gin and elderflower cordial to a cocktail shaker packed with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a pear fan - enjoy!
