Why these kombucha cocktails are both naughty and nice!

November’s Gin of the Month box featured the gut-healthy Remedy Kombucha! When Emmet and Sarah Condon first set out to brew a kombucha in their kitchen, they were thirsty for a drink that was tasty, healthy and not full of sugar. “The only option widely available outside of our home at the time was sparkling water, and it soon became clear we weren’t the only ones looking for an alternative,” says Emmet.

Gin ‘n’ Booch Cherry Julep

60ml gin
3 or 4 fresh or frozen cherries
Remedy Kombucha Cherry Plum, to top up
Sprig of rosemary, to garnish

Muddle gin and cherries at the bottom of each glass. Fill your glasses halfway with ice, and top with Remedy Kombucha Cherry Plum. Garnish and enjoy!
