If you have already tried our September 2020 Cocktail of the Month, Craft Gin Club’s Gin-A-Colada, then you will know why we are so obsessed with that scrumptious combination of pineapple juice and gin, especially if the pineapple juice used is Martin Frobisher’s Pineapple Juice. It’s full of fruity, fresh, zingy pineapple flavour that’s perfect for pairing with gin. We just had to send a bottle of that remarkable juice to our members in their September 2020 Gin of the Month box!
The fun doesn’t end with a Gin-A-Colada though. Here are three more of our favourite gin and pineapple juice cocktail recipes!

Singapore Sling
This classic cocktail recipe is a cocktail menu mainstay for a reason. It’s an utterly delicious blend of gin, pineapple, citrus and cherry flavours that never fall to bring a smile to the face of every gin lover. For this version of the recipe, we like to pour the cherry brandy and grenadine into the glass before the other ingredients to get a fabulous layering of colour.
Ingredients
50ml gin
25ml cherry brandy (available in most supermarkets)
7.5ml triple sec
7.5ml Benedictine D.O.M. liqueur
50ml Martin Frobisher’s Pineapple Juice
1 tsp of grenadine (available online)
1 tsp of fresh lime juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
Fresh pineapple wedge, to garnish
Cherry, to garnish
Method
Add the grenadine and cherry brandy to your glass. Combine all the other ingredients apart from the garnishes in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over the brandy and grenadine. Stir if you don’t want the layering of colour. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and cherry to serve.
