Pink Citrus Tonic

What makes it special?
Elegant citrus flavours intricately combine to lift your spirits to the next level!
What does it taste like?
Fresh pink grapefruit with bold blood orange deliver a crisp and aromatic drinking experience.

Violet Blossom Tonic

What makes it special?

What does it taste like?
A punchy, sour lemon and lime flavour is punctuated with spiky notes of chilli and rock salt, then smoothed out with agave syrup.
What does it mix well with?

The Honeyed Rose

Difficulty: Medium

40ml gin
20ml lemon juice
15ml salted honey syrup*
1 drop Rose Flower Water
The Artisan Drinks Co. Pink Citrus Tonic, to top up
Grapefruit peel, to garnish

Add all the ingredients apart from the tonic to a shaker and shake well before double straining them into a flute or champagne glass. Then top up with the Pink Citrus Tonic and garnish with grapefruit Peel.

*For the honey syrup, mix 250ml honey with 50ml hot water and a pinch of salt, then mix until everything is combined.
