A toffee nut apple a day keeps the winter chill away!
Toffee apples and hazelnut make an unusual but winning combination in this fruity cocktail, sweetened up with sweet, hazelnut-infused Frangelico liqueur and creamy, vanilla notes of thick caramel sauce with just a touch of tart lemon to beautifully round it out.
Toffee Nut Apple
35ml gin
25ml Frangelico
15ml toffee sauce
10ml lemon juice
50ml apple juice
Add all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with an apple slice.
