A deliciously bitter Italian tipple that’s often sipped as an apéritif, Campari is delightfully rich and brimming with lots of complex, sun-kissed citrus tones.
If you have ever tried a classic Negroni cocktail (which is an even mix of gin, Campari and red vermouth), or a Campari G&T, then you will already know that Campari and gin are the best of friends. Both fragrant and aromatic, they make for one stunning duo in any cocktail - that’s why we just couldn’t help but include a bottle of Campari in our April 2021 Gin of the Month box for our members to try.
The three fabulous Campari and gin combinations below have been invented by Maria, our Master Mixologist, and are a wonderful example of how versatile and utterly delicious Campari can be.
